From dementia care and nursing care to respite care for short stays and residential care, here at Clarendon we provide many different types of care and support in our group of care homes. We make it our mission to work together with the families of residents to select the right and appropriate level of care for their spouse, parent or loved one. Our dedicated and experienced nursing, care and support teams then identify individual needs and desires so that a care plan can be formulated that is totally unique to each residents’ requirements and wishes.
Our overriding goal is to provide optimum levels of care in all over our homes, all of the time. This can only be achieved by adapting and tailoring services in line with the wishes of service users and their families to give a unique, quality service to all residents.
Care costs can vary greatly from area to area and fees are calculated based on the needs and dependency of each individual resident and the accommodation they choose. A pre-admission assessment will determine a resident needs and is always undertaken prior to admission. Nursing care will always increase the cost of care within a home. One other factor that needs to be thought about is although a resident may not initially need nursing care this can of course change with time. We are able to adjust to residents changing needs meaning we can avoid the stress of moving if care needs change.
When relocating or finding a care home for a relative or loved one it is really important to understand both the immediate and long term costs involved including what the UK Government will pay for and so we have experts available to speak to you for all aspects of care funding.
